Eight88 Sports represents professionals and elite amateurs across every sport and every league. The contract, the brand and the money behind a career all sit with one team, so nothing falls between advisors and the athlete never has to manage their own advisors.
We started in 2021 because the athletes who most needed real representation were the ones the big agencies would not take a meeting with. Women's football, boxing, collegiate athletes with NIL money on the table and nobody reading the paper. That is still who we sign.

Every agency says it puts the athlete first. These are the five places where ours is checkable rather than a promise.
We read the paper
We went through a league agreement a prospective client had already signed and found fourteen items worth raising, including a clause that let the club restrict her brand categories after signature. Finding the deal is the easy half.
A plan in writing, in month one
A written plan inside the first month and a review every quarter, both written into the agreement as terms. If we do not deliver them you have something to hold us to.
We bring the map
209 brand targets researched by us across women's football and boxing, with 59 of them openable today. Not a purchased list, and no address ever guessed from a pattern.
You can say what we charge
Every client is free to tell anyone what Eight88 charges, including other athletes and other agencies. Fee secrecy protects agencies. It has never protected an athlete.
We stay on one side of the table
We will not promote a fight for a boxer we manage. The person selling the bout should never be the person negotiating the purse, and an athlete should not have to work out which one they are talking to.

We represent athletes in the Women's National Football Conference, and we added boxing management in 2026. Those are the two sports where we have athletes under contract today. We will sign in any sport and any league, and we would rather say that plainly than list a dozen and imply a roster in all of them.
Boxing management is a licensed activity in California and we work inside that framework rather than around it.

Three rules, and
we will be held to them.
Athletes come first, even when the advice costs us a commission. No layers, so the person with the relationship is the person in the negotiation. The whole person, because a playing career ends and the rest of the life does not.
