Build the athlete,
not just the deal.
We set the development plan behind the athlete and hold the standards that protect it.
Representation only works if there is something to represent. Before a contract is worth arguing about, the athlete has to be measurably better than they were a season ago, and that does not happen by accident.
We write a development plan for each athlete, put the right coaching around it, and set the standards the plan runs on. That includes the rules that quietly end careers when nobody is watching them: what goes in the body, who is in the room when the athlete is young, and what has to be cleared before money changes hands.

Set the baseline
We measure where the athlete actually is, in the parts of the game that decide the next contract.
Write the plan
Goals, the work that gets there, and the dates we check whether it did. In writing, so nobody is guessing.
Hold the standards
Supplements are limited to products certified by NSF Certified for Sport or Informed Sport. Nothing enters the plan that could cost eligibility.
Review it out loud
The plan gets revisited on schedule with the athlete, and with a parent or guardian when the athlete is under 18.
Talk to a partner.
Send the sport, the league and where the career is right now. A partner reads every note and replies within two business days.
