How we work.
Three rules decide almost everything we do. They are simple on purpose, because an athlete should be able to hold us to them.

Athletes come first
We give advice that serves your future, not the size of any one commission. Sometimes the right answer is to turn a deal down, wait a season, or take less money for a better situation. We will tell you that even when it costs us.

No layers
You work with senior leadership. There are no junior desks between you and the person negotiating your contract, and you will never find out that your deal moved from somebody who was not in the room. Three partners, one phone number.

The whole person
A playing career ends. The brand, the businesses and the family behind it do not have to. We plan for the years after the last game from the day we sign, because that is the part most athletes are left to figure out alone.

What an athlete needs at eighteen is not what they need at thirty two. We map the career into five stages and work a different priority in each one.

Keep the brand, the businesses and the income working long after the last game is played.
