The deal, and
everything after it.
We negotiate playing contracts and stay on them once they are signed.
A contract is not one conversation. It is an offer, a counter, a structure argument about how the money is guaranteed, and then several years of terms that somebody has to actually track.
We do both halves. We negotiate the deal, then we hold it: option dates, bonus triggers, roster mechanics, and a read on what the next contract should look like well before it comes due.
- Negotiation
- Terms, guarantees, incentives
- Movement
- Trades, waivers, free agency
- Ongoing
- Option dates, bonus tracking, extensions
- Disputes
- Grievances and league process
Read the market
We build the comparable set before we talk to anybody, so the number we ask for is one we can defend.
Negotiate the structure
Total value is the headline. Guarantees, timing and triggers are what the athlete actually lives with.
Hold the terms
Every date and trigger goes on a calendar we own. Nothing lapses because somebody forgot.
Plan the next one
We start on the following contract early enough that leverage is still ours to use.
Talk to a partner.
Send the sport, the league and where the career is right now. A partner reads every note and replies within two business days.
